You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for our Service
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be denied if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have previously received a refund for our Service
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity is detected

4. How to Request a Refund

Once your refund request is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Your access to the Service will be terminated upon refund

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day guarantee period, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
